DESCRIPTION

MIL PALMERAS BEACH
Apartment located in front of the beach (20 meters from the sea) with big terrace and sea views. It consists of large living room and bedroom, both communicated with the terrace, a kitchenette and a bathroom. The building is surrounded by private gardens and parking. The development is situated in a natural environment of white sand beaches and crystal clear waters (awarded the EU Blue Flag), populated by hundreds of palm trees. One is located in the Rio Seco Natural Area allowing for hiking trails on foot or by bicycle. It is located 230 km from the Valencia city, 45 km from the Murcia city, Cartagena 41 km 60 km of the Alicante city, 36 km Orihuela, and 18 km from Torrevieja.
